¨ A Special Visit from Santa: Featuring an amazing holiday backdrop, bring the whole family and capture the magic with a photo op with Santa. It’s a perfect opportunity for some holiday memories. Your kids and grandkids will be able to spend some quality time with Santa!
 
¨ Cookie and Holiday Treats: Enjoy a cookie and holiday treat station, where both kids and adults can enjoy some tasty treats.
 
¨ Hot Cocoa Bar: Warm up with a delicious cup of hot cocoa! Our hot cocoa bar will offer a variety of toppings and flavors to make your drink as unique as you.
 
This event is a great way to meet neighbors, enjoy the season’s festivities, and celebrate the joy of community. Don’t forget to bring your camera for those special Santa moments!

As we welcome a new face, we want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to Jay Oneil for his outstanding service on the board. Jay's dedication, wisdom, and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in shaping our organization's journey thus far.
Although there was a tie and Jay graciously withdrew his name to break the tie, we are delighted to share that he will continue to contribute by serving on committees and still participating in our meetings. Jay's continued involvement ensures that we retain the invaluable insights and experience that have been so vital to our progress.

The Board of Directors is excited to provide you with information on the updating of the community's Architectural Guidelines and Rules & Regulations as these documents play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetics and standards of the Villa Avanti neighborhood. The Board believes it is important to incorporate the valuable input of the homeowners.
 
First, here is a little about the process. The Board appointed a special committee, made up of owners, Board members, and committee members, to update the architectural guidelines and put together a Rules and Regulations document. This committee then presented their documents and recommendations to the Board. The committee met for five months, and the Board thanks the committee for their time and effort. The Board then sent the documents to the Association’s attorney for his comments. The Board completed their review of the documents, and they have been mailed to the membership for the owner’s review and input. The clean copies have also been added to the website for your convenience at https://www.villaavanti.com/docs.html.
 
Your perspectives and insights are highly valuable, and the Board would like to ensure that the updated guidelines and regulations align with the needs and preferences of our community. Therefore, we invite you to share your thoughts, suggestions, and concerns about any aspects of the Architectural Guidelines or Rules and Regulations that you believe should be considered.
 
Your participation in this process is vital, and we genuinely appreciate your collaboration. Together, we can ensure that our community guidelines reflect the values and aspirations of all homeowners.

We are thrilled to announce a wonderful update that will enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of our community. After careful consideration and collaboration, the Board of Directors is excited to introduce the new paint color schemes for our community.

Over the past few months, our architectural committee, along with the Board, have been working diligently to select colors that will not only elevate the visual appeal of our community but also create a harmonious and welcoming environment.

Painting Information:

All painting projects still require Architectural approval- Did you know Homeowners can now submit Home Improvement Applications through our online portal? To submit an application for your proposed home improvement project, login to your account by going to https://www.villaavanti.com and clicking the “Log on” icon. After logging into your account click “My Items”, then “Submit a Request", then “ARC Request”. On the ARC request page, be sure to complete the PDF application and then you are all set to submit the form for review. After submission of the application expect a response regarding application completeness via email within 2-4 business days.  

If you just need a touch up to a specific section of the home you may still use your current color, however if you are painting your home you will need to use one of the updated color palettes.
