Just a reminder that ballots have been mailed for the 2020 Annual Election. Please Vote!!! The Annual Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 15, 2020. If quorum is achieved, the meeting will be held by teleconference. If you would like to attend the annual meeting by teleconference, please email management for log in information. Due to C-19 and state mandates, ballots will not be collected in person at the office. All ballots must be mailed to the Inspector of Elections. Come celebrate the weekend with neighborhood friends and enjoy the In-N-Out Burger Food Truck. They will be serving hamburgers, cheeseburgers or a grilled cheese, chips and a drink from 11– 12:30 pm. The Inspector of Elections will be there to collect your ballots for the CC&R and Bylaws vote, if you want you can bring your ballot and drop it off. The Board of Directors will be at the party, if you would like to stop by and talk to them about why your vote to update the CC&R’s and By Laws is so important for the Community! As a thank you to everyone who votes, your ballot will be used as a ticket for a chance to win gift cards (1-$500, 5-$100, 5-$50 and 10 $25) once quorum is achieved. There is a limit of 4 food tickets per household, additional food tickets can be purchased onsite-cash only. |
