¨ A Special Visit from Santa: Featuring an amazing holiday backdrop, bring the whole family and capture the magic with a photo op with Santa. It’s a perfect opportunity for some holiday memories. Your kids and grandkids will be able to spend some quality time with Santa!

¨ Cookie and Holiday Treats: Enjoy a cookie and holiday treat station, where both kids and adults can enjoy some tasty treats.

¨ Hot Cocoa Bar: Warm up with a delicious cup of hot cocoa! Our hot cocoa bar will offer a variety of toppings and flavors to make your drink as unique as you.

As we welcome a new face, we want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to Jay Oneil for his outstanding service on the board. Jay's dedication, wisdom, and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in shaping our organization's journey thus far.
Although there was a tie and Jay graciously withdrew his name to break the tie, we are delighted to share that he will continue to contribute by serving on committees and still participating in our meetings. Jay's continued involvement ensures that we retain the invaluable insights and experience that have been so vital to our progress.
Please join us in expressing our heartfelt appreciation to Jay for his remarkable contributions, and in extending our warmest welcome to Karl Kaplan.

]]><![CDATA[ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES AND RULES AND REGULATIONS UPDATE:]]>Thu, 14 Mar 2024 22:22:48 GMThttps://www.villaavanti.com/news/architectural-guidelines-and-rules-and-regulations-updateThe Board of Directors is excited to provide you with information on the updating of the community's Architectural Guidelines and Rules & Regulations as these documents play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetics and standards of the Villa Avanti neighborhood. The Board believes it is important to incorporate the valuable input of the homeowners.

First, here is a little about the process. The Board appointed a special committee, made up of owners, Board members, and committee members, to update the architectural guidelines and put together a Rules and Regulations document. This committee then presented their documents and recommendations to the Board. The committee met for five months, and the Board thanks the committee for their time and effort. The Board then sent the documents to the Association’s attorney for his comments. The Board completed their review of the documents, and they have been mailed to the membership for the owner’s review and input. The clean copies have also been added to the website for your convenience at https://www.villaavanti.com/docs.html.

Your perspectives and insights are highly valuable, and the Board would like to ensure that the updated guidelines and regulations align with the needs and preferences of our community. Therefore, we invite you to share your thoughts, suggestions, and concerns about any aspects of the Architectural Guidelines or Rules and Regulations that you believe should be considered.

Your participation in this process is vital, and we genuinely appreciate your collaboration. Together, we can ensure that our community guidelines reflect the values and aspirations of all homeowners.

Please plan on attending the March 20th meeting in-person or by Zoom. Or, if you cannot attend, please provide your comments in writing to traci@avalonweb.com. The written comments will be considered the same as attending in-person.
