The Board of Directors is excited to provide you with information on the updating of the community's Architectural Guidelines and Rules & Regulations as these documents play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetics and standards of the Villa Avanti neighborhood. The Board believes it is important to incorporate the valuable input of the homeowners.
First, here is a little about the process. The Board appointed a special committee, made up of owners, Board members, and committee members, to update the architectural guidelines and put together a Rules and Regulations document. This committee then presented their documents and recommendations to the Board. The committee met for five months, and the Board thanks the committee for their time and effort. The Board then sent the documents to the Association’s attorney for his comments. The Board completed their review of the documents, and they have been mailed to the membership for the owner’s review and input. The clean copies have also been added to the website for your convenience at https://www.villaavanti.com/docs.html.
