First, here is a little about the process. The Board appointed a special committee, made up of owners, Board members, and committee members, to update the architectural guidelines and put together a Rules and Regulations document. This committee then presented their documents and recommendations to the Board. The committee met for five months, and the Board thanks the committee for their time and effort. The Board then sent the documents to the Association’s attorney for his comments. The Board completed their review of the documents, and they have been mailed to the membership for the owner’s review and input. The clean copies have also been added to the website for your convenience at https://www.villaavanti.com/docs.html.

Therefore, we invite you to share your thoughts, suggestions, and concerns about any aspects of the Architectural Guidelines or Rules and Regulations that you believe should be considered.
