This community-wide garage sale is scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The event is sponsored by our neighbors, Serina & Eric Tomlinson of the Tomlinson Group Real Estate Company.
  
An event flyer was recently sent to your home with all the details about how to sign up. Briefly, you need to register 24 hours in advance (by Friday, November 11th) to have your name and address included on the roster with map that will be distributed to all the incoming customers.

The Board would like to know if you endorse them and would like to see one or two a year in our community to encourage neighbor interactions and entertain our families as well. 
 
They come in many forms, most notably “Outdoor Movie Nights” “In & Out Burger Days,” “Chili Cookoffs,” and more.  Please take five minutes of your time to send an email or make a phone call with your vote either way,  Yes, good idea, or No, we’ll pass. 
 
As each event may range from 2,000 to 5,000 dollars, the Board needs your input on whether you approve of us spending your money in this fashion.  Be advised that the Community Association Institute CAI, the local, state, and national leader on all things HOA, highly recommends community events and encourages all communities to sponsor them to support neighbor interactions and add to neighborhood cohesiveness.
